At HOTEL LA VIGNE HAKUBA, we offer a shuttle service and gear rental support to make your skiing experience more comfortable and stress-free. Gear Rental
We offer a gear rental service in collaboration with the adjacent ski and snowboard rental shop, SPICY. By making a reservation in advance, you can enjoy a comfortable skiing and snowboarding experience from gear preparation to storage and return.
Flow from Reservation to Use on the Day
Basic Plan
- 【By noon the day before your visit】 Please make a reservation in advance using the reservation form below.
- [At check-in] Pick up your rental equipment at “SPICY Echoland” next to the hotel.
- [During your stay] Store your equipment in the locker room attached to the hotel.
- [When returning] Return to the hotel or SPICY (all stores).
- [At check-out] Pay the rental fee.
Premium Delivery Rental
- [Up to 3 days before the date of use] Make a reservation and payment in advance from the dedicated reservation site below.
- [At check-in] Pick up your rental equipment at the hotel’s locker room.
- [During your stay] Store your equipment in the locker room attached to the hotel.
- [At check-out] Return at the hotel.
- Features: A plan where your gear is prepared at the hotel upon check-in, and everything from size adjustment to return is completed at the hotel. Recommended for those who want premium gear.
Access to each ski resort
For some ski resorts, you can use the hotel shuttle service.
You can also take the shuttle buses operated by each ski resort from the bus stop adjacent to the hotel.

Hakuba Valley All-Resort Lift Pass:
After purchasing in advance via the HAKUBA VALLEY official website, you can pick it up at the automatic ticket machine inside the Spicy rental shop adjacent to the hotel.
Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort:
You can purchase in advance and pick it up via the QR code installed at the hotel.

Set against the snow-covered scenery of Hakuba, we offer private ski lessons tailored to each guest’s level and preferences. From beginners to seasoned skiers, our experienced Hakuba Ski Concierge instructors provide attentive support. Whether you’re skiing solo or with family or a small group, enjoy a special time surrounded by Hakuba’s beautiful landscapes.
