Wine Concierge
Hiroyuki Yoshida
Originally from Yamagata Prefecture. Captivated by French cuisine, he trained in wine service and hospitality at a hotel in Tateshina Highlands. He then spent about 30 years as a restaurant manager at “Hakuba Resort Hotel La Neige East Wing” in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
Discovering the allure of pairing French cuisine with Japanese wines, he began by partnering with wineries in his native Yamagata Prefecture, gradually building connections with wineries across Japan. In 2008, he was responsible for selecting and serving domestic wines at the “34th G8 Summit” in Lake Toya, Hokkaido.
Currently, he serves as a member of the sensory evaluation committee for GI Nagano wines.

Original Wine
“Cuvée Yoshida”
This original cuvée is crafted by Wine Concierge Yoshida, who is involved in every step from vineyard management to harvesting, winemaking, and bottling. With over 20 years of experience in Japanese wines, this bottle embodies Yoshida’s journey of building trust with wineries.
Made from 100% Chardonnay from contracted vineyards in Takayama Village, Nagano, this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without oak barrels to enhance its refreshing character and fruit flavors. This special white wine, limited to just 300 bottles, features crisp acidity, rich aromas, and promises depth through bottle aging.
