Surrounded by the majestic nature of the Northern Alps, taste the climate of Shinshu. Enjoy 1,000 carefully selected bottles of Japanese wine, mainly from Nagano Prefecture, and French cuisine and Teppanyaki using seasonal Shinshu ingredients. Enjoy a gastronomic experience unique to this region, where the rich terroir and delicate craftsmanship are woven together.

French cuisine and teppanyaki to enjoy the climate of Shinshu

We use locally grown, seasonal Shinshu ingredients such as Shinshu premium beef and seasonal vegetables nurtured in the cool climate of the highlands. The live teppanyaki cooking is done right in front of your eyes, and a variety of French and other dishes are served in a casual “bistronomy” style.

We also offer a la carte dishes that can be enjoyed with a glass of wine.

Please spend a hearty time with our carefully selected Japanese wines, mainly from Nagano Prefecture. The a la carte menu is available not only for guests staying at the hotel, but also for those who are not staying overnight.
