Scope of Application
The accommodation contracts concluded between the hotel and the guests, as well as related agreements, shall be governed by these terms and conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall comply with applicable laws and generally accepted practices.

Should the hotel agree to special provisions that do not contravene laws or customary practices, such special provisions shall prevail over the preceding provisions.

Application for Accommodation Contracts
Individuals applying for accommodation contracts with the hotel must provide the following information:

  • Name, gender, and number of guests
  • Accommodation dates and estimated arrival time
  • Accommodation fee (based on the rates outlined in Appendix 1)
  • Other details deemed necessary by the hotel

Should a guest request to extend their stay beyond the originally agreed dates, the hotel will treat this request as a new application for an accommodation contract as of the time the request is made.

Applicants must submit a guest register, including name, address, and phone number, even after the accommodation contract has been established, upon the hotel’s request.

Establishment of Accommodation Contracts
An accommodation contract is established when the hotel accepts the application outlined in the previous article. However, this does not apply if the hotel proves it has not accepted the application.

Upon establishment of the contract, guests must pay the hotel a deposit up to the accommodation fees for the period of stay (up to three days) by a date specified by the hotel. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date will result in the cancellation of the contract unless the hotel notifies the guest otherwise.

The deposit will first be applied to the accommodation fees payable by the guest, then to cancellation or compensation fees under Articles 6 and 17. Any remaining amount will be refunded when the fees under Article 12 are settled.

If the hotel mistakenly provides an incorrect accommodation rate via website or phone, and the rate is significantly lower than standard rates without proper notation (e.g., “limited” or “special”), such contracts may be deemed void due to legal error. Guests will be promptly notified in such cases.

Exemption from Payment of Deposit
Notwithstanding the previous article, the hotel may agree to exempt guests from paying the deposit after the contract is established.

If the hotel does not request a deposit or specify a due date when accepting the application, it will be considered that the exemption applies.

Refusal of Accommodation Contracts
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or facility use under the following conditions:

  • Applications not compliant with these terms
  • Fully booked rooms
  • Concerns that the applicant may violate laws, public order, or good morals
  • Applicants identified as belonging to or associated with organized crime groups, anti-social forces, or similar entities
  • Guests whose behavior may cause significant inconvenience to others due to intoxication or similar reasons
  • Guests clearly identified as having an infectious disease
  • Requests involving violent behavior or unreasonable demands
  • Situations where accommodation is impossible due to natural disasters or unavoidable reasons
  • Applications made for the purpose of resale or profit without disclosure
