Hakuba, with its abundant nature year-round, offers numerous opportunities for activities. On the first floor of the hotel, there are locker rooms for storing ski and snowboard equipment, as well as bicycles, which can be accessed directly from outside the building.

Shower rooms are located adjacent to the locker rooms on the first floor of the hotel. After enjoying activities in Hakuba, you can remove your gear in the locker room and immediately refresh yourself. The shower area ensures privacy, and hotel guests can use bath amenities such as shampoo free of charge.

We provide support to our guests during their stay to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant hotel experience. In addition to providing information about nearby hot springs and restaurants, we also assist with reservations for activities that are essential for experiencing the mountains and great outdoors that Hakuba has to offer.

The entrance hall features a high ceiling reminiscent of snow-viewing shoji screens, and traditional wooden lattice designs on the ceiling and the long front counter, evoking Japanese aesthetics throughout. We have also created a space where time flows slowly, like a lounge area, and provided sofa spaces for reading.
