Operations will be handled by Onkochishin Co., Ltd., which operates multiple distinctive facilities nationwide including small luxury hotels, traditional ryokan inns, and restaurants. List International Realty Co., Ltd. and Tokyu Resort Co., Ltd. will handle condominium sales, while Onkochishin Co., Ltd. will sell accommodation plans for hotel guests.<\/p>\n
