Since around 1996, ahead of the Nagano Winter Olympics, he has been captivated by the allure of pairing French cuisine with Japanese ingredients and Japanese wines. He has traveled the country visiting wineries, cheesemakers, and dairy farmers, building lasting relationships along the way, and for many years has shared this passion from Hakuba. In 2008, at the 34th G8 Summit held at Lake Toya in Hokkaido, he was responsible for selecting and serving Japanese wines. He is also currently active as a member of the sensory evaluation panel that assesses the taste profile of GI Nagano wines.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

This original cuv\u00e9e is crafted by Wine Concierge Yoshida, who is involved in every step from vineyard management to harvesting, winemaking, and bottling. With over 20 years of experience in Japanese wines, this bottle embodies Yoshida’s journey of building trust with wineries.<\/p>\n

Made from 100% Chardonnay from contracted vineyards in Takayama Village, Nagano, this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without oak barrels to enhance its refreshing character and fruit flavors. This special white wine, limited to just 300 bottles, features crisp acidity, rich aromas, and promises depth through bottle aging.<\/p>\n<\/div>
